Questions fréquentes

Some treatments need a patch test first. Can I handle that?

Make the patch test its own short service and let the client book it ahead of the treatment. Use the day chips if you only run patch tests on certain days, and check the gap between the two when the booking comes in.

Can I take a deposit on an expensive course of treatment?

Yes, as a percentage or the full amount through Whish, with the balance settled at the clinic. The client confirms they sent it before the slot is held, and you verify it in your own Whish app.

Can I sell a course of six sessions rather than single visits?

Yes, as a plan with six included sessions tied to that treatment. Each visit draws one from the course at no charge, and the client sees the remaining count on their confirmation.

Can clients book a specific practitioner?

Yes. Each practitioner has their own calendar and their own list of treatments, and machines or rooms can be resources too so a device is never double booked.

Is the client list private to my clinic?

Yes. Each business sees only its own clients, and a client who asks to be removed can be erased so their name and contact details are gone while your records stay intact.
