What is Mawaeed?
A booking platform built for Lebanese service businesses: a booking website under your name, a team calendar, automatic WhatsApp reminders, and simple reports. Clients book themselves; you run your day.
Do I need a bank account?
No. Mawaeed works with Whish, OMT, or cash. You collect from your clients however they prefer.
What languages does it support?
Arabic with full right to left, French, and English on the same booking page. Your client chooses.
Do my clients need an app?
No. They book through a web link. You can install Mawaeed as an app on your phone or desktop if you like.
Does it work on a slow connection?
Yes. Mawaeed is built mobile first and works on slow 3G and during power cuts.
Plans & billing
Is it really free?
The Free plan stays free for up to 50 bookings a month. Upgrade anytime, monthly or yearly. No card or bank account needed.
How do I pay for a paid plan?
Via Whish or other supported local methods. Send the payment, we confirm it, and your plan activates.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancelling stops future renewals; your plan stays active until the end of the paid period, then your account moves to the Free plan. Your data stays.
What happens if I pass the Free plan limit?
The dashboard warns you as you approach 50 bookings a month. Past the limit, new online bookings pause until the next month or an upgrade.
Is there a refund policy?
Yes: your first subscription payment has a 14-day money-back guarantee. See the Refund Policy page for the details.
Bookings & reminders
How do reminders work?
Mawaeed sends automatic confirmations and reminders 24 hours and 2 hours before the visit, on WhatsApp with email as a backup, in your client's language.
Can I block time off?
Yes. Mark holidays, breaks, or busy blocks in Availability and those times simply stop being offered online.
Can clients cancel or reschedule themselves?
Yes, from the link in their confirmation, within the rules you set. You are notified automatically and the slot reopens.
Can I add bookings I take by phone?
Of course. Add them from the dashboard in seconds; they get the same confirmations and reminders.
Does Mawaeed sync with Google Calendar?
Yes. Every booking, reschedule, and cancellation lands in your Google Calendar automatically.
Your website
Do I get a real website?
Yes: yourname.mawaeed.io with your services, photos, team, reviews, map, and booking built in.
Can I customize it?
Everything: colors, logo, sections, photos, and text, from a visual editor. Three layouts per trade, switchable anytime. No code.
Can I use my own domain?
On the Pro plan and above you can connect your own domain.
Is it available in Arabic?
Yes. The same page works in Arabic with full right to left, French, and English. Your client picks.
