What happens when my WhatsApp reminders run out?
Nothing breaks. Reminders keep going out by email at no extra cost, your WhatsApp quota resets every month on the day your plan renews, and a $5 credit pack adds 100 more reminders any time, stacking and rolling over while you're subscribed.
How does yearly billing work?
Yearly plans cost 10 months: Pro is $200/year (save $40) and Studio is $400/year (save $80) compared to paying monthly.
How do I pay?
You pay by Whish transfer, monthly or yearly. Send the payment and we confirm your plan the same day. No bank account or card needed.
What happens after my free 14 days?
You keep everything you built. Pay for Pro ($20/month) or Studio ($40/month) by Whish before the trial ends and nothing changes. If you need a little longer, everything keeps working for 5 more days. After that the account is paused until you pay, and nothing is deleted.
What happens if I pay late?
Your plan keeps working for 5 days after it ends, so a late payment changes nothing. If it is still unpaid after that, the account is paused: online booking on your page pauses (visitors see your phone and WhatsApp instead), and the dashboard becomes read only. You can still see and export all your data. Nothing is deleted, and paying by Whish switches everything back on.
