Trust & Safety

Appointments, client lists, and payments run through Mawaeed every day. This page explains how we keep businesses and their clients safe.

1Your data stays yours

Each business's data, from client lists to bookings and revenue, belongs to that business. We do not sell personal data, and we never use one business's data to benefit another.

2Isolation between businesses

Every business's records are separated at the database level with row-level security. One account can never read another's data, even in the event of an application bug.

3Encryption

All traffic is encrypted in transit. Sensitive credentials such as calendar tokens are stored encrypted, and passwords are hashed, never stored in plain text.

4Payments

Mawaeed does not process your clients' payments and never sees or stores card numbers. Subscription payments move over Whish directly between you and us.

5Messaging standards

WhatsApp and email sent through Mawaeed are transactional: confirmations, reminders, and booking updates. Clients can opt out at any time, and unsolicited bulk marketing through the platform is not allowed.

6Standards for booking pages

Businesses on Mawaeed must offer real, lawful services and describe them honestly. Misleading listings, illegal services, and abusive content are removed, and repeat offenders lose their account.

7Account security

Use a strong, unique password for your account. Dashboard access is limited to team members you invite, with roles, and administrative actions on our side are gated and logged.
