1Subscription payments are not refundable
Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly, currently settled via Whish or other supported methods. Every subscription payment, monthly or yearly, is final and is not refunded, in full or in part.
2Cancellation
You can cancel anytime. Cancelling stops future renewals; your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, keeps working for 5 more days, and the account is then paused with your data intact and still exportable. No refund is made for the time left in a period.
3Payments between businesses and clients
Clients pay businesses directly, at the venue or over whichever channel the business accepts. Mawaeed is not a party to those payments, so any refund is governed by the business's own policy. If you have an issue with a business on Mawaeed, write to us and we will help where we can.
