Refund Policy

This policy covers payments you make to Mawaeed for a subscription. Mawaeed does not process payments between you and your clients today; those are settled directly with the business.

1Subscription payments

Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly, currently settled via Whish or other supported methods. If Mawaeed is not right for you, your first subscription payment is refundable in full within 14 days of activation, no questions asked.

2Renewals and cancellation

You can cancel anytime. Cancellation stops future renewals; your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid, and your account then moves to the Free plan with your data intact. Once a new period has started, renewal payments are not partially refunded, except where the law requires otherwise.

3How to request a refund

Write to hello@mawaeed.io from the email on your account, with the payment reference. Approved refunds are returned over the same channel you paid with, usually within 5 business days.

4Payments between businesses and clients

Clients pay businesses directly, at the venue or over whichever channel the business accepts. Mawaeed is not a party to those payments, so any refund is governed by the business's own policy. If you have an issue with a business on Mawaeed, write to us and we will help where we can.
