Your car, like new.

أسئلة يتكرر طرحها

A job can run long. Can I block the bay for the whole time?

Yes. Give each service its real duration, and treat each bay or lift as its own bookable resource so a booked bay is not sold again. Add a buffer if you need turnaround time between jobs.

Customers never know exactly what they need. Is that a problem?

Keep the menu to the jobs you can price, like an oil change or a full service, and leave a diagnostic as its own short booking. A service with no price simply shows no price rather than advertising zero.

Can I text the customer when the car is ready?

The automatic messages cover the confirmation, the reminders before the appointment and a follow-up after. For the car being ready, the customer's number is one tap away in the booking.

Do you handle more than one garage?

Yes. Add each garage under Locations, pin your mechanics and bays to the right one, and customers pick the garage before they see available times.

Can I see which services actually make money?

Reports break bookings down by service and by staff member, with revenue over time, your busiest hours and your no-show rate, over 7, 30 or 90 days.
