Can I cap a reformer class at the number of beds I own?

Yes. A class carries a capacity, so a studio with eight reformers sets eight and the timetable enforces it to the last spot, even when two people book at the same moment.

How do unlimited and ten class packs work together?

Both are membership plans. An unlimited plan simply has no session cap, while a pack carries a set number of included sessions per month or per week that come out of the allowance as the client books.

Do clients need to log in to use their pack?

No. A client booking with the phone number on their profile is recognised as a member automatically, sees what is left of their allowance, and books at no charge. No account, no password.

Can the timetable show which classes still have space?

Yes. The public timetable shows your week with the spots remaining on each session, updating live as people register.

What happens when a client's pack runs out mid-month?

The next booking is simply charged as normal rather than being refused, so a keen client is never locked out. Cancelling a covered booking gives the session straight back.
