أسئلة يتكرر طرحها

Can I stop two therapists being booked into the same room?

Yes. Treat the room as its own bookable resource alongside your therapists, and its calendar fills like anyone else's, so a booked room cannot be double sold. Rooms, chairs and beds are all handled the same way.

We need buffer time between treatments to turn the room over.

Set a buffer in your booking rules and it is added after every appointment before the next bookable slot opens.

Can I sell packages of treatments rather than single sessions?

Yes, as a membership plan that carries a set number of included sessions attached to a specific treatment. The client books as normal, the visit comes out of their allowance instead of their wallet, and they see how many are left on the confirmation.

Do clients need an account to use their package?

No. A client booking with the phone number on their profile is recognised automatically, even as a guest who never logs in, and gets the covered price. That matters, because most people will never create an account for a spa.

Can the page be in Arabic?

Yes. Your booking page runs in English, French and Arabic, and Arabic renders right to left properly rather than as mirrored English. Clients pick their language on the page.
