A grooming appointment depends on the size of the dog.

Put each size on the same service as its own length and price, so a small dog and a large dog are two options on one line rather than two separate services. The calendar sizes the slot to the option the owner picked.

Can owners book a specific groomer?

Yes. Each groomer has their own calendar, photo and list of services, and owners who do not mind take whoever is free.

Can I keep notes about an animal between visits?

Yes. Every customer profile carries their booking history and free notes, so "nervous with clippers" or "allergic to oatmeal shampoo" is in front of you at the next booking. One profile per phone number, so regulars are recognised automatically.

How do I cut no-shows on grooming slots?

A small deposit plus the automatic WhatsApp reminders at 24 and two hours before covers most of it. Reminders go out in the owner's own language.

Can I take bookings for boarding across several nights?

Nightly stays are their own booking mode, aimed at guesthouses, and are best suited to boarding businesses that sell by the night. For day grooming, the normal appointment mode is the right fit.
