Advice you can build on.

Can clients book a consultation without a long back and forth?

Yes. They pick the consultation, a time you are actually free, and confirm with a name and a number. The confirmation carries a manage link so they reschedule themselves inside your rules.

Can I charge for the consultation up front?

Yes, as a deposit or the full fee through Whish, with the client confirming they sent it before the slot is held. You verify receipt in your own Whish app, and record it in one tap on the Payments screen.

I want to offer a free intro call and a paid session.

Make them two services. A service priced at zero shows no price rather than advertising zero, so a free intro call reads as free and the paid session carries its rate.

Can I keep my calendar from filling up months ahead?

Set how far in advance people can book. It is one setting in your booking rules, and anything inside it stays bookable, same day included.

Does it sync with the calendar I already use?

Connect Google or Microsoft and every booking is pushed to your own calendar automatically, including reschedules and cancellations.
