How does booking by the day work?

The customer picks a car class, then a pickup date and a return date on the calendar, and the price multiplies by the number of days. Weekly rates and chauffeur services live in the same list.

How do you know when a class is actually sold out?

Each physical car in your fleet is tracked, so a class only sells out when every unit is on the road, and sold out days are struck through per class on the calendar. A car returned at ten in the morning can go back out the same morning.

Can I take a deposit to hold the car?

Yes. The deposit holds the car and the balance is settled at pickup, which is the normal shape for rental in Lebanon. Deposits run through Whish and you confirm receipt yourself.

Summer is chaos. Will this cope with the volume?

Availability is computed per unit rather than per class, so the busier you get the more the automatic blocking is worth. Reports show your busiest days so you can see where the fleet is short.

Can I show each car with its own photo?

Yes. Give each class a photo and use the showcase layout, and your fleet renders as picture cards rather than a price list.
