Can I run group classes with a capacity instead of one to one slots?

Yes. Create a class with a price, a capacity and a weekly schedule, and the sessions generate themselves for the weeks ahead. Capacity is enforced to the last spot even when two people register at the same moment.

How do memberships with a set number of sessions work?

A plan can include a number of sessions per week or per month, tied to the services it covers. A member books, the session comes out of the allowance at no charge, and when the allowance runs out the next booking is simply charged as normal.

Can I see who is behind on their membership payment?

Every member carries a live status of Paid, Due soon or Overdue, and you can filter the list by it. One tap on an overdue member opens WhatsApp with a reminder already written.

What about clients who come every Tuesday at six?

Put them on a repeating booking: weekly, every two weeks, monthly or a custom rhythm, with an end date. Every occurrence lands on the calendar and each one gets its own reminder.

Does cancelling a class session notify everyone registered?

Yes. Cancel or move a single session and every registrant is notified automatically, so you are not copying names into a group chat at nine at night.
